Heat the water and, before it reaches a boil, add the cornstarch and stir to dissolve. Remove from heat and strain, then pour into a mold and add the other ingredients. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Ingredients for the second recipe: 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 500 ml of water, 1 ripe avocado, 1 tablespoon of argan oil and the yolk of ‘an egg.
Again, heat the water and pour in the cornstarch until it melts. Remove from the heat, strain and add the well ground avocado and the other ingredients, mixing well.
