Heat the water and, before it boils, add the cornstarch and stir to dissolve. Remove from the heat and strain, then pour into a mold and add the other ingredients. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Ingredients for the second recipe: 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 500 ml of water, 1 ripe avocado, 1 tablespoon of argan oil and the yolk of ‘un huevo.
Heat the water again and pour in the cornstarch until it melts. Remove from heat, strain and add the well-mashed avocado and the other ingredients, mixing well.
