Maybe you thought Vaseline was limited to just a few uses? Think again ! A true rejuvenation cure for the skin, vaseline is probably the least expensive beauty treatment. Here are some uses that you probably don't know about.
1 – VASELINE FOR SOFT HANDS
Vaseline works wonders on dry, rough hands and cuticles. Apply paraffin to damaged areas and leave to act.
2 – A REPAIR TREATMENT FOR EYELASHES
If you have fragile eyelashes and are looking for a treatment to make them thicker and longer, opt for vaseline. This revitalizing treatment nourishes the eyelashes and gives them more volume. Before going to bed, apply petroleum jelly to your eyelashes with an eyelash brush. For a natural false eyelash effect, you can apply vaseline as a base before putting on your mascara. This tip will allow you to obtain long and curled eyelashes. To thicken eyelashes and encourage their regrowth, you can also opt for coconut, sweet almond or jojoba oil.
By putting a small dab of Vaseline, warm it directly on the ends of your hair, you will give it a better appearance, especially if it is long with split ends. Vaseline also works on dry hair, but be careful not to be heavy handed, it can make hair greasy.
4 – MAKE THE PERFUME LAST LONGER
Before applying perfume, apply a little vaseline to the usual places (your neck, your wrist, etc.).
Then perfume these areas and your perfume will last longer on your hydrated skin.
5 – REMOVE YOUR MAKE-UP
You no longer have makeup remover at home? Vaseline is a great alternative! Place a small drop on a cotton pad, and gently rub your skin and closed eyes.
