This Sunday, the French returned to the polls for the second round of the legislative elections. Faced with the score of the National Rally during the European elections, Emmanuel Macron chose to dissolve the National Assembly. For the first round of the legislative elections, more than 10 million French people voted for Jordan Bardella's party. He actually came first with more than 30% of the votes. Faced with this development, the left decided to unite to form the New Popular Front to block the National Rally. A decision which seems to have worked since this Sunday July 7, 2024, it was the NFP which came out on top.

That the cops you despise cannot defend you, that your children risk their lives by going to McDonald's for a bad look... In short, you are aging badly...".

Sophie Marceau is not the only French star to have expressed her joy at this result. Indeed, Yannick Noah, Valérie Damidot, Benjamin Biolay and even Sonia Roland have indeed made publications to congratulate the results of the second round of the legislative elections. Some did not hesitate to make fun of Jordan Bardella who was nevertheless announced as the winner of these elections. Gabriel Attal has since presented his resignation to the President of the Republic. Emmanuel Macron will now have to choose who will be the next Prime Minister of France.
