Convicted of several scams
The father of the family was convicted of having illegally exercised the profession of security guard, replacing one of his partner's bodyguards at short notice. But that's not all. Added to this is a conviction for fraud in judgment. Indeed, Amel Bent's husband would have presented an invoice without having authorization to practice. But also a conviction for simple fraud: he would have benefited from "whatever it costs", to compensate for his drop in activity during Covid-19, when he was not entitled to it.
Already convicted last March, the judges finally gave him a deferred committal warrant, but also postponed his incarceration due to the birth of The Voice coach last April. A decision by the judges which therefore allowed him to organize himself before being incarcerated. However, this warrant having been issued with provisional execution, the principal concerned is obliged to go to prison, even after having appealed. According to Le Parisien, Patrick Antonelli knocked, by himself, on the door of the remand center.
