Caroline Margeridon is in mourning. The famous antiques dealer from “Affaire Conclue” lost a close friend on May 8, 2024. Died at the age of 72 from a long illness, the producer had imagined numerous television successes including the series “Captain Marleau”.
Sad and distraught, Caroline Margeridon announced the death of her friend François Bennaceur on May 8, 2024 on Instagram. In one photo, we see the antique dealer and the producer who takes her in his arms. “I will miss you my friend. RIP #francoisbennaceur” we can read in the caption. In the story, the one who is part of the show Affaire Conclue also shared the same photo by adding a crying emoji.
A very painful loss for the mother of Alexandre and Victoire who seemed very close to the producer famous for having notably worked on Collection Fred Vargas (2007), Captain Marleau (2014) but also The Bad Encounter (2011). During his career, Cyrine's husband had also produced The Chameleon Killer (2015), The Lanzac Clan (2013), The Solitude of Power (2012) but also Neither Reprise Nor Exchangee in 2010.
Our colleagues from Télé-Loisirs also recall about the producer that he was a regular in Saint-Tropez, just like Caroline Margeridon, and that he was invited in 2016 to the wedding of Félix Gray in Ramatuelle. He had also attended the various annual evenings of Marcel Campion on the beach of Bouillabaisse in the same town where he was accustomed.
"Sad, everyone loved him!", "No!!! We were talking about him less than 2 months ago... So many memories... RIP... Courage my darling Caro!", "Peace to the soul of your friend", "Peace to his soul", "Sincere condolences Caroline, family and friends, good souls always go first", we can read in the comments of this publication.
Caroline Margeridon soon in Captain Marleau
A difficult day for the antiques dealer, who recently participated in the show Dancing with the Stars and who had also given his opinion on the defeat and the behavior of Inès Reg. In a completely different register, she will soon be in a new episode of Fort Boyard but also in the series Capitaine Marleau, a television success on which her late friend François Bennaceur worked. There is no doubt that she will think a lot about the producer when she shoots the scenes for the series that he had undoubtedly imagined.
