Since the divorce of Paul and Luana Belmondo, everyone seems to fall into one camp. If Julie Andrieu showed her support for the chef, the mother of the actor and former pilot also wanted to send a lot of tenderness to her son by revealing an old photograph where he appears to appear with his eldest son Alessandro.
Last June, the separation between Paul and Luana Belmondo was made official. Interviewed by our colleagues from Paris Match, the mother of Alessandro, Giacomo and Victor revealed the difficult circumstances of their very brutal breakup, also indicating that she absolutely did not know why her husband had left her but confided that she had suspicions of infidelity on his part.
Having remained very discreet since his breakup, Paul Belmondo subsequently shared a photo on board a plane revealing that he needed a summer vacation. The opportunity for the former pilot to also set the record straight regarding his supposed new sweetheart with whom he would have been seen in Antigua. “To avoid unnecessary messages I am going on vacation and not settling in Antigua, I never intended to settle there I wish you a good Sunday” he wrote in the caption of this photo posted on Instagram.
On July 13, 2024, Paul's mother, the former prima ballerina Élodie Constantin, showed her support for her son by sharing an old photograph where he appears to appear with his eldest son Alessandro (editor's note: he also recently signed a cookbook with her mother Luana La Nostra Italia, Gourmet itinerary in Belmondo Italy). A way for this mother to show her love to her son, who is currently going through a difficult time.
Luana supported by her friend Julie Andrieu
For her part, Luana indicated that she had gone to Rome and was recovering from their painful separation after nearly 33 years of marriage. She received a very nice message from Julie Andrieu, host of the show Les Carnets de Julie, who renewed her support via an interview with Paris Match journalists.
"Breakups happen to everyone and I make no judgment on their relationship. I wanted to thank her, because she gave me a lot of Roman addresses and to tell her that I was there for her. She didn't is not alone", she confided with great tenderness to her former culinary collaborator who has since become a close friend.
