Mini meatloafs in a pan are the perfect solution for a quick, comforting dinner with a personalized twist. Whether you're feeding a family or preparing a meal for yourself, this recipe is both convenient and highly customizable to suit your preferences. Baking individual portions of meatloaf ensures that every bite is perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful. With simple ingredients and minimal prep time, these mini meatloafs will quickly become a favorite for busy weeknights or a cozy weekend meal. Plus, they can be customized to fit various tastes and dietary needs.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey, chicken, or pork)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or gluten-free breadcrumbs for a gluten-free version)
1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free milk substitute)
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 large egg
1/4 cup ketchup (or BBQ sauce for a smoky flavor)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional, cheddar or mozzarella)
Additional ketchup or glaze for topping (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or a smaller, individual mini loaf pan.

Prepare the meat mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined. If you'd like a cheesy twist, add the shredded cheese into the mixture as well.

Form the meatloafs: Divide the meat mixture into 8-10 portions (depending on the size you prefer). Shape each portion into a small loaf and place them in the prepared pan.

Add a glaze (optional): If you like a sweet and tangy finish, top each mini meatloaf with a spoonful of extra ketchup or your favorite glaze (BBQ sauce, teriyaki sauce, or honey mustard works well).

Bake the mini meatloafs for about 25-30 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) for beef or 165°F (74°C) for poultry.

Serve: Let the mini meatloafs rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a crisp salad for a complete meal.
