Ingredients:

1 loaf of Italian or French bread (unsliced)
8 oz ribeye steak (or your preferred cut)
6 oz shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Directions:

Prepare the bread: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Using a serrated knife, cut the top off the loaf of bread and hollow out the inside, creating a well in the center. Be sure to leave a sturdy crust around the edges to hold the filling.

Cook the steak: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear it for about 3-4 minutes per side until it’s browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

Cook the shrimp: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and butter. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Prepare the filling: In the same pan, sauté the minced garlic and chopped onion for about 2 minutes until softened and fragrant. Add the sliced steak back into the pan, followed by the shrimp. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes to combine the flavors.

Assemble the stuffed bread: Stuff the steak and shrimp mixture into the hollowed-out bread, packing it in tightly. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake: Place the stuffed bread onto a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bread is crispy.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice the stuffed bread into portions and serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
