1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon chili powder (optional, for a kick)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 large tortillas or wraps
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 large tomato, sliced
½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella works best)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon mustard or honey mustard
For the Fries:
3 large potatoes, cut into fries
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
For the Dipping Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat.
In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
Grill the chicken for 6–8 minutes per side or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C). Set aside to rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
Step 2: Make the Fries
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss the potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Step 3: Mix the Dipping Sauce
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Step 4: Assemble the Wraps
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt and mustard on each tortilla.
Add shredded lettuce, tomato slices, grilled chicken strips, and shredded cheese.
Roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap. Slice in half if desired.
Serving and Storage Tips
Serving: Serve the wraps with hot fries on the side, accompanied by the dipping sauce for extra flavor.
Storage: Store leftover wraps in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a pan or microwave before serving. Fries are best enjoyed fresh, but can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
