Ingredients
1 cup fresh turmeric root (or 2 tbsp turmeric powder)
1 tbsp raw honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
1-inch ginger root, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cups warm water
Instructions
Wash and peel the turmeric and ginger roots, then grate them finely.
In a glass jar, combine the turmeric, ginger, and minced garlic.
Add black pepper, honey, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice.
Pour warm (not hot) water into the jar and stir well.
Let the mixture sit for 10–15 minutes to allow the ingredients to blend.
Strain the liquid and drink a small cup daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
Serving and Storage Tips
Serving: Drink about ¼ cup per serving, once or twice daily.
Storage: Keep the mixture in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Shake well before use.
