Introduction: Anemia is a common condition where the body doesn't have enough healthy red blood cells to carry adequate oxygen to tissues and organs. This can lead to symptoms like fatigue, weakness, and shortness of breath. While there are medical treatments for anemia, natural remedies, especially through diet, can help improve iron levels. One of the best ways to support your body’s iron absorption is by drinking nutrient-rich juices that are packed with iron, vitamin C, and other essential nutrients. These juices can naturally help combat anemia while boosting your overall health.
