Introduction
When staying in a hotel, there are certain behind-the-scenes details that make your experience special. With just a few simple tweaks, you can recreate this hotel-worthy recipe in your own kitchen! Whether you're hosting friends or just treating yourself, this recipe will bring restaurant-quality flair to your table. And don’t worry – the trick will remain a secret, just like it does behind the hotel kitchen doors.

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
In a large ovenproof skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and sear them for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the heavy cream and lemon juice, cooking for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Serving and Storage Tips

Serving: Serve the chicken with a side of roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal. The creamy sauce is perfect for drizzling over rice or pasta.
Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or on the stovetop, adding a splash of chicken broth if the sauce thickens too much.
