Ingredients:
1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped (rich in beta-carotene and vitamin A)
1 orange, peeled and sectioned (loaded with vitamin C and antioxidants)
1 small beetroot, peeled and chopped (improves blood circulation)
½ cup blueberries (packed with anthocyanins and vitamin E)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (great source of omega-3 fatty acids)
½ teaspoon turmeric powder (reduces inflammation)
1 cup water or coconut water (for hydration and electrolyte balance)
Juice of ½ lemon (boosts vitamin C and enhances flavor)
Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey (for natural sweetness)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine all the ingredients—carrot, orange, beetroot, blueberries, chia seeds, turmeric, and water.
Blend on high speed until smooth. If needed, add a bit more water to reach your desired consistency.
Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or enjoy it as a fiber-rich smoothie.
Add lemon juice and stir well.
Taste and add honey if a little sweetness is desired.
