Directions
Prepare the Rice Water
Rinse 1/4 cup of rice and soak it in 1/2 cup of warm water for 30 minutes. Strain the water into a clean bowl. You only need a teaspoon for the recipe; refrigerate the rest for future use.
Mix the Ingredients
