Ingredients
6–8 cloves of garlic, peeled and slightly crushed

1 tablespoon whole cloves (or ½ tablespoon ground cloves)

Directions
Infuse the Oil
In a small saucepan or double boiler, add the olive oil and place it over low heat. Add the crushed garlic and whole cloves to the oil.

Simmer Gently
Let the mixture heat slowly for 10–15 minutes, allowing the beneficial compounds in the garlic and cloves to infuse into the oil. Avoid high heat, as it can burn the garlic and reduce the effectiveness of the remedy.

Cool and Strain
Remove from heat and allow it to cool completely. Once cooled, strain the oil using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean, dry glass container.

Store Safely
Seal the jar or bottle tightly and store it in a cool, dark place. The remedy can typically be stored for up to 2 weeks.

How to Use: Warm a small amount of the oil in your hands or by placing the bottle in warm water. Gently massage into painful or stiff areas—especially knees, calves, ankles, or fingers—for 5–10 minutes.
