Introduction
Looking for a low-cost, high-demand recipe that can kickstart your home-based food business or simply wow your friends and family? This 2-ingredient recipe is surprisingly simple, but don’t let that fool you — the result is so addictive, people will be lining up for more. Whether you're a seasoned baker or a beginner looking for a profitable side hustle, these treats are quick to make, incredibly tasty, and perfect for selling in bulk.

Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup of sweetened condensed milk

That’s it. Seriously.

Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Unroll the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. If it's frozen, let it thaw according to package instructions.

Spread a thin, even layer of sweetened condensed milk over the entire surface of the puff pastry using the back of a spoon or a silicone brush.

Roll the pastry tightly from one side to the other, forming a log. For a fancier look, you can roll each end toward the center to form a palmier shape.

Cut the rolled dough into ½-inch slices and place them on the prepared tray, leaving space between each.

Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and caramelized. The sugar in the condensed milk will create a sweet, crispy finish.

Let them cool completely before packaging or serving. They will crisp up even more as they cool.
