1 cup hot water (not boiling)

1 tbsp organic lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

1 tsp turmeric powder (or fresh grated turmeric)

1/4 tsp black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp raw honey (optional, to taste)

1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked for 10 minutes beforehand)

1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger (grated, or 1/2 tsp powder)

Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional for circulation)

Directions:
Soak the chia seeds in a little water for 10 minutes until they form a gel-like texture.
