Ingredients:
1 cup of raw carrots (grated or juiced)
1 tablespoon of raw honey
1 tablespoon of lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tablespoon of chia seeds (soaked in water for 10 minutes)
1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil (or cold-pressed olive oil)
½ teaspoon of turmeric powder
Optional: 1 teaspoon of goji berry powder or mashed berries (known for eye-supporting antioxidants)
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrots with the soaked chia seeds.
Add honey, lemon juice, and turmeric, stirring well.
