Ingredients:
1 bulb of raw garlic (organic preferred)
1 cup raw honey (unpasteurized and organic)
Optional: 1 small glass jar with a lid (for storage)
Instructions:
Peel all the garlic cloves from the bulb.
Chop or crush the garlic cloves to activate their beneficial compounds (especially allicin).
Place the chopped garlic into the jar.
Pour raw honey over the garlic, making sure all pieces are fully submerged.
