1 bunch of fresh parsley (about 1 cup, chopped)

Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup of cold water

Instructions:
Wash the parsley and apple thoroughly.
In a blender, combine the chopped parsley, apple, lemon juice, and water. Add ginger or honey if desired.
Blend on high until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, add a little more water to reach your preferred texture.
Pour through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth for a smoother drink (optional).
