Introduction
It’s often said that "death begins in the intestines," and while that may sound dramatic, science does support the notion that gut health plays a critical role in our overall well-being. Issues like excessive stomach gas, bloating, and fatty liver can all be signs that the digestive system is crying out for help. The good news? You don’t need expensive supplements or complicated routines to start healing. A simple, natural intestinal cleansing drink can work wonders in improving digestion, reducing inflammation, and supporting liver function. This easy recipe can be added to your daily routine to jumpstart your body's natural detox processes and help you feel lighter and more energized.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon flaxseeds (ground)

Juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon ginger powder or 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger

1 cup warm water (not boiling)

Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey for taste

Instructions:
In a small bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds and warm water. Let sit for 10–15 minutes until the chia seeds form a gel-like consistency.

Add the ground flaxseeds, lemon juice, ginger, and apple cider vinegar to the mixture.

Stir thoroughly to combine. If using honey, mix it in at this stage.

Drink slowly on an empty stomach, preferably first thing in the morning.

Serving and Storage Tips:
Serving: Consume one serving per day, in the morning before any meals for optimal absorption and effectiveness.
