1 liter (4 cups) of cold filtered water

1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

1/2 lemon, thinly sliced

5–6 fresh mint leaves

Optional: a few slices of fresh ginger or a handful of berries for added flavor

Instructions:

Wash all your ingredients thoroughly.

In a large glass pitcher or jar, combine the cucumber, lemon, mint leaves, and any optional ingredients.
