"The Two-Drop Remedy: A Natural Approach to Supporting Your Hearing Health"

Introduction
Hearing loss can sneak up on us gradually—whether from aging, noise exposure, or wax buildup. While serious hearing problems should always be evaluated by a medical professional, some people swear by natural remedies to support ear health and potentially improve mild hearing issues. One popular home remedy suggests, “Put 2 drops in your ear and you will hear like before.” Let's explore a gentle, natural recipe that follows this concept, using ingredients known for their soothing and cleansing properties.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of olive oil (extra virgin preferred)

1 clove of garlic, finely minced or crushed

1-2 drops of tea tree oil (optional, for its antimicrobial properties)

Cotton ball or dropper

Small clean glass jar or bottle

Instructions:
Infuse the Olive Oil
In a small saucepan, gently warm the olive oil over low heat. Add the minced garlic and let it steep for 10–15 minutes. Do not let the oil boil or fry the garlic—this is just to infuse the oil with its beneficial properties.

Strain and Cool
Remove from heat and strain the oil through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove all garlic pieces. Allow the oil to cool to room temperature.

Add Tea Tree Oil (Optional)
Once the infused oil is cool, add 1–2 drops of tea tree oil. Stir or shake gently to combine.

Application
Using a dropper, apply 2 drops of the oil into the affected ear while lying on your side. Stay in that position for 5–10 minutes to allow the oil to settle. Use a cotton ball to gently cover the ear if needed. Repeat once daily for 3–5 days.

Serving and Storage Tips:
Store the infused oil in a dark glass jar with a tight lid in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Always bring the oil to room temperature before use to avoid discomfort.

Use a clean dropper for each use to avoid contamination.

If you experience irritation, discontinue use immediately.
