Nature’s Vision Boost: A Healing Leaf Tonic for Stronger Eyes

Introduction:
As we grow older, our eyesight naturally begins to change. Many people experience dryness, clouded vision, or difficulty seeing at night. While modern medicine provides effective solutions, many traditional remedies also offer valuable support—especially those drawn straight from nature. Several types of leaves are loaded with antioxidants, vitamins A and C, lutein, and zeaxanthin—nutrients known to protect and nourish the eyes. This simple, natural leaf-based tonic brings together five powerful leaves into a refreshing blend designed to promote eye health from the inside out.

Ingredients:

5 fresh spinach leaves (rich in lutein and zeaxanthin)

5 curry leaves (high in vitamin A and antioxidants)

4 moringa leaves (packed with vitamin C and beta-carotene)

3 basil leaves (anti-inflammatory and soothing)

2 mint leaves (cooling and rich in vitamin A)

½ cup water (preferably filtered or boiled and cooled)

Optional: 1 tsp honey or a squeeze of lemon for taste

Preparation:

Wash all the leaves thoroughly under clean, running water.

Add the leaves and water to a blender or mortar and pestle.

Blend until smooth. If using a mortar, crush until the mixture is a coarse pulp.

Strain the mixture using a fine sieve or cheesecloth to extract the juice.

Pour into a glass. Add honey or lemon if desired for flavor.

Stir gently and consume immediately for maximum freshness and nutrient retention.

Serving and Storage Tips:

Drink this tonic once a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

Always use fresh leaves for best results.

The juice is most effective when consumed immediately. If necessary, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours in a sealed glass container, but expect some nutrient loss over time.
