Easy to prepare and irresistibly delicious, these squares are packed with zesty Italian flavor in every bite.

Ingredients
2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough

¼ lb sliced Genoa salami

¼ lb sliced ham

¼ lb sliced pepperoni

¼ lb sliced provolone cheese

¼ lb sliced mozzarella cheese

½ cup banana peppers, drained and chopped

½ red onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup black olives, sliced (optional)

½ cup shredded lettuce (for garnish, optional)

2 tbsp Italian dressing

1 tsp dried oregano

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Non-stick cooking spray

Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.

Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish. Pinch seams to seal.

Layer in this order: salami, ham, pepperoni, provolone, mozzarella, banana peppers, onions, and olives (if using).

Drizzle with Italian dressing and sprinkle with oregano.

Unroll the second can of dough and place on top, sealing the edges and pinching seams closed.

Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is heated through.

Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing into squares.

Serving and Storage Tips
Serve warm or at room temperature with a side of marinara sauce or extra Italian dressing.

Garnish with shredded lettuce just before serving for added crunch and freshness.

Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results.
