Nature’s Nightcap: An Overnight Elixir to Help Fight Candida and Fungal Imbalance

Introduction:
Candida is a type of yeast that lives in small amounts in your mouth, gut, and skin. When kept in balance, it’s harmless. But under certain conditions—such as antibiotic use, high sugar diets, or stress—it can grow out of control and cause candidiasis, a fungal infection that disrupts your microbiome, energy levels, and digestion. While dietary and lifestyle changes are key to controlling candida, natural remedies can offer additional support. This overnight tonic is a simple, natural way to help your body rebalance and fight fungal overgrowth from the inside out.

Ingredients:

1 cup warm filtered water

1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1/2 tsp organic cinnamon powder

1 clove raw garlic, finely minced or crushed

1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger (optional)

A pinch of Himalayan pink salt

1 tsp raw honey (optional, only if sugar is not a candida trigger for you)

Preparation:

In a glass jar or cup, combine warm water, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice.

Stir in the cinnamon, garlic, ginger, and salt.

If using honey, add last and stir thoroughly.

Let the mixture sit for 10–15 minutes to allow the garlic and other ingredients to infuse.

Drink the tonic slowly about 30 minutes before bed on an empty stomach.

Serving and Storage Tips:

Make the tonic fresh each evening for maximum potency.

For convenience, you can prep the dry ingredients in advance in small jars and simply add liquid when ready to consume.

Always use warm—not hot—water to preserve the enzymes in the vinegar and honey.
