Directions:
1.Melt butter and Worcestershire sauce in a small pot, this can be done directly on the Blackstone griddle.
2.Roughly measure out ingredients in a large bowl, measurements will fill a 36 inch griddle.
3.Preheat the Blackstone to the lowest heat setting. Clean the surface well and wipe dry of any oil.
4.Add Chex mix to griddle and gently mix and spread evenly across the surface watching heat, adjust or turn off burners if there are any hot spots. Slowly toasting the mixture for two minutes.
5.Drizzle melted butter across the Chex mix, gently mixing to coat evenly.
6.Add seasoning blend across your Chex mix. 7.Mix and move mixture around to coat evenly. 8.Taste test throughout cooking to adjust the amount of seasoning preferred!
9.After about ten minutes or once Chex mix is lightly toasted to your liking, remove and let cool before bagging or gift boxing, adding sweet treats if your seasoning was a sweet seasoning. Or enjoy it warm immediately off the griddle!
