1. The “Nostril Breathing” Method (Alternate Nostril Breathing):
- Step 1: Sit in a comfortable position, relax your body, and breathe normally.

- Step 3: Breathe in deeply through your left nostril, hold for a second.
- Step 4: Close your left nostril with your right ring finger.
