  • Scoop dough into rounded portions (about 1 tbsp each) and place them 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.

  • Gently flatten each cookie with your palm or the bottom of a glass. For a decorative touch, press with a fork.

  • Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
