Ingredients:

1 cup cucumbers, sliced
1 cup bell peppers, sliced
1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to tasteInstructions:

In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, bell peppers, and red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat.
Stir in the crumbled feta cheese and chopped oregano.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
