This chicken salad is delicious! The best I’ve ever had in my life!!!

A delicious croissant with chicken salad… It’s hard to wait for dinner when you know what’s in your lunchbox!

Ingredients List:

  • 3 to 4 cups of cooked chicken, cut into pieces.
  • 1 cup of red grapes, seedless and cut in half.
  • 1/2 cup of sliced almonds.
  • 2 celery stalks, diced.
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped.
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise.
  • Juice of 1 lemon.
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
  • 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste.

  1. Combine the chicken with the grapes, almonds, celery, green onions, dill, and parsley.
  2. In another bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the chicken and gently stir to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for one hour.

You can serve this salad on delicious rolls or a croissant. It can also be served on a bed of lettuce with tomatoes… It’s delicious in many different ways!
