A recipe as easy as pie

For two glasses of this beneficial potion, you need:
5-6 fresh
okra 4-5 cloves
1 tsp amla powder (or 2 thin slices of fresh amla if available)
1 tbsp chia seeds
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp honey (or agave syrup for a vegan version)
½ tsp grated fresh ginger
300 ml water at room temperature
Instructions:
The night before, place the okra, cloves and amla in a jar. Add the water, seal tightly and let it steep in the refrigerator for 8 hours. The next morning, strain, add the chia seeds and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then add the lemon, honey and ginger. Mix well and serve! You can keep the second portion until the next day in the refrigerator.
