Whether you're hosting guests or feeding a hungry family, these crescent bites will disappear in minutes.

Ingredients
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1/2 lb ground breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 egg (for egg wash - optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook the Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.

Prepare the Dough: Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.

Add the Filling: Spoon about 1 tablespoon of cooked sausage onto the wide end of each triangle. Sprinkle a generous pinch of cheddar cheese over the sausage.

Roll 'Em Up: Starting at the wide end, roll each crescent triangle toward the point, sealing in the filling. Tuck the ends slightly to prevent leaking.

Optional Egg Wash: Beat the egg and brush it lightly over each crescent for a shiny, golden finish.

Bake: Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Serve: Let them cool slightly before serving. Sprinkle with fresh parsley for an extra pop of color and flavor, if desired.

Serving and Storage Tips
Serving Ideas: Serve warm with honey mustard, ranch, or spicy sriracha mayo for dipping. Great as a brunch addition or party finger food.

Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Reheating: Warm them in the oven at 325°F (160°C) for 5–7 minutes or reheat in the microwave for 20–30 seconds (though they’re best crisped in the oven or air fryer).
